Our Facilities

We continuously invest in our 10,000 sq.ft. workshop in Trim, Co. Meath, where we deliver exceptional results for our clients using state-of-the-art facilities.

Our specialist design software, uses the latest 3D CAD modelling to create precise 2D drawings and detailed 3D models and renders before manufacturing begins.

The drawings we produce are the models of the actual parts to be cut in production. On our drawing we can instantly change construction methods, opes, assembly details and all fittings, boring and machining can be changed in seconds. All fitting holes are located in each part in the modelling and the CNC tooling is then programmed automatically as changes to the CAD model are made. Once the model is correct all manufacturing information comes from model.
