Enquiry
Upon receiving your project inquiry or tender, our estimators will review the details and provide initial feedback. We will provide our most competitive quote based on the project specifications with an estimated project delivery timeframe.

Consultation
On award of contract, we will setup an initial meeting with your project design team and review all drawing details and agree on samples required.

Scheduling
We take the whole project and give each element an individual mini-schedule enabling us to accurately predict when each element will be fitted on site.

Planning & Design
Our CAD technicians take each element and produce detailed production drawings, specifying materials used, interaction with other trades and construction methods.

Production Drawings
Following drawing approval, our CAD technicians send each part as a computer file to the workshop, and all materials are ordered.

Manufacturing & Assembly
The parts for each element are cut out and labelled for tracking through production. Screens dedicated to each production section display the sequence so that each deadline can be met. Our dedicated team of craftspeople use high tech machinery and traditional construction methods to ensure we achieve the highest quality finish.

Installation
Our expert installation team works closely with other trades on site to maintain a high level of control over the planning, management and quality of the installation on site.

Post Project
We take great pride in supporting our clients and providing timely, effective aftercare. We make every effort to accommodate changes to the design throughout the process and remain readily available to address any questions or concerns after project completion in an efficient manner.
